What you need in order to watch, and where it works ยท Last updated 01 September 2026
247FitMe streams video over the internet. This page sets out what you need in order to watch, which devices and browsers we support, and what to do when something is not working. If anything here does not match what you are able to use, please check before you subscribe.
If the service does not work as described on this page, that is our problem, not yours. You have legal rights where a digital service does not match what was promised โ see section 16 of our Terms & Conditions. Contact us first and we will try to put it right.
1. Your internet connection
You need a working connection whenever you watch. There is no offline-only mode on the website; downloads are available in our mobile apps only, and are covered in section 3.
Watching at standard quality
Connection we suggest: at least 3 Mbps
Watching at high definition
Connection we suggest: 5 to 8 Mbps
Joining a live class
Connection we suggest: a stable 5 Mbps or better
These are our own guidelines rather than hard limits. Video quality adjusts automatically to the connection you have at the time, so a slower connection generally means a softer picture rather than no picture at all. Mobile data works, but it will use a substantial amount of it.
Live classes are the least forgiving, because nothing is buffered ahead. A wired connection, or a strong Wi-Fi signal, makes a real difference there.
2. Watching in a web browser
Use the current version of any of these:
• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Apple Safari
Internet Explorer is not supported and playback will not work in it.
Your browser also needs
• JavaScript enabled. The site will not function without it.
• Cookies allowed for this site. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and secure the checkout โ if you block them you will not be able to log in.
Ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes interfere with the video player. If a video will not start, switching the extension off for this site is worth trying before anything else.
Browsers inside other apps โ the built-in browser you get when you tap a link inside a social media or messaging app โ often block logging in, playing video and completing a purchase. Open 247FitMe in a proper browser instead.
3. Watching on a phone or tablet
Our apps give better playback than a mobile browser, and they let you download workouts to watch offline.
iPhone and iPad
Minimum version: iOS 16.7.5 or later
Android phones and tablets
Minimum version: Android 11 or later
Two exceptions. Huawei devices without Google Play services, and Fairphone devices, are not supported. If you use either, watch in a browser instead.
Downloads for offline viewing
You can download workouts inside the apps and play them there without a connection. Downloads stay inside the app, are available while your subscription is active, and are not files you can move elsewhere or play in other software.
4. Watching on a television
We do not yet have apps for Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV or Samsung TV. When we do, we will say so here.
In the meantime, the reliable way to watch on a television is to cast from a device that already works:
• Chromecast โ from Chrome on a computer, or from our Android app, to any Chromecast-enabled TV or dongle.
• AirPlay โ from an iPhone, iPad or Mac to an Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible television.
Both need the casting device and the television on the same Wi-Fi network.
The web browser built into a smart TV is not supported. Those browsers are updated rarely and fall behind quickly. Playback may work, but we cannot guarantee it and cannot troubleshoot it.
5. Video quality
Quality is adaptive. The player selects the best level your connection can sustain at that moment and changes it as conditions change, up to the highest quality available for the workout you are watching. You do not need to configure anything.
On Safari for iPhone and iPad, quality cannot be set manually โ the player chooses for you. Every other supported browser lets you fix a level if you would rather.
6. Devices and simultaneous viewing
We do not currently limit the number of devices you can sign in on, or how many streams can run at once.
Your subscription is personal to you. Sharing your login outside your household is not permitted โ see section 20 of our Terms & Conditions. If we introduce a device or stream limit in future we will tell you before it takes effect, and you will be free to cancel if it does not suit you.
7. How the video is delivered
Workouts are streamed to you for viewing on our website and in our apps. They are not supplied as files, and your subscription does not license you to download, copy, record, re-upload or redistribute them, other than through the download feature in our own apps.
8. Where the service is available
247FitMe is available in most countries. Not every workout is licensed everywhere, so a small amount of content may be unavailable in your location. You are responsible for complying with the law of the country you are in.
9. Subtitles and languages
We publish workout selections with English, German and Thai language options. Where subtitles exist for a workout they can be switched on in the player. Not every workout has them.
10. If something is not working
Most playback problems clear with one of these:
• Reload the page, or close and reopen the app.
• Try a different browser, or a private window.
• Switch off ad blockers and privacy extensions for this site.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies for this site, then sign in again.
• Restart your device, and check another site or app to confirm the connection itself is fine.
If none of that helps, email 247fitme@247fitme.com and tell us the device, the operating system version, the browser or app version, and the name of the workout. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
If we cannot make the service work as described on this page, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund, and to end your subscription. Section 16 of our Terms sets out how that works. You can also cancel your contract at any time, or withdraw if you are within 14 days of signing up.
