Membership & Price

What do I get with my membership?

Full access to the 247FitMe library: 130+ workouts and tutorials for legs, upper body, full body, stretching and golf fitness, plus nutrition (Keto Foods, Intermittent Fasting), health education and relaxation videos. New workouts are added as they're released, and you get every live class.

How much does it cost?

After your 16-day free trial: $19.99 a month, $49.99 every 3 months, or $159.99 a year (from about $3 a week). Personal 1-to-1 coaching is $599 a month. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added where it applies, and the full amount is shown before you confirm. Not sure which plan suits you? Book a free consultation.

How does the 16-day free trial work?

You get full access to everything for 16 days. If you don't cancel, your membership starts on day 16 and the first payment is taken then. We email you before your trial ends. Cancel before day 16 and you pay nothing. (The free trial is on the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plans — coaching is charged from day one.)

How do I cancel?

Anytime, in under a minute, without logging in: fill in the form at workouts.247fitme.com/pages/cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. In your first 14 days you can also withdraw from the contract instead: workouts.247fitme.com/pages/withdraw.

Is there personal 1-to-1 coaching?

Yes. Coaching with me starts with a consultation and a personal fitness assessment. From your questionnaire I build your own plan, and you also get everything in the library. Coaching is $599 a month. Fill in the coaching questionnaire →

Training

Do I need equipment?

Very little. Most sessions use your bodyweight and a chair. Some use simple extras like resistance bands, a stick, water bottles or a yoga ball — but you don't need them to start. If you're travelling or in a hotel room, you have everything you need.

How much time do I need?

About 60 minutes a week: three 20-minute sessions. Train anytime, any place, anywhere — at home, outdoors or on the road.

I'm a complete beginner. Where do I start?

Start with the "Start Here" row and the 41-second welcome video, then follow "Your First Week: Where to Begin". Each workout has a short tutorial first, so you learn the moves before you train.

I have an injury or a bad back. Can I train?

If you have pain, an injury, a recent operation or a medical condition, please check with your doctor or a healthcare professional before you start. Many workouts include easier, joint-friendly options, but they don't replace medical advice or rehabilitation. I've had 20 surgeries myself and still train — so I understand. If you'd like more guidance, 1-to-1 coaching begins with a personal assessment.

How soon will I notice a difference?

Many people say they start to feel better within about 14 days — more energy and moving more easily. Changes in strength, mobility or weight take longer, and depend on where you start, your health, how often you train, your recovery and your food.

What if I've tried before and given up?

That's normal — and usually the plan didn't fit your life, not you. 20 minutes, three times a week is built for busy people. Start small, keep it going, and build the habit.

Watching

Can I watch on my phone, tablet or TV?

Yes. Use our free apps for iPhone/iPad (iOS 16.7.5 or later) and Android (Android 11 or later) — you can also download workouts in the app to watch offline. On a computer, use Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. For your TV, cast with Chromecast or AirPlay (TV apps aren't available yet).

What internet do I need?

About 3 Mbps for normal quality and 5–8 Mbps for HD. The picture adjusts to your connection automatically.

Can I watch in Thai or German?

Yes. There are Thai and German workout selections. On some videos you can switch the voice and subtitles with the flag buttons under the player; in the app, use ⚙️ → Audio and 💬 for subtitles. Not every workout has every language yet.

Golf

Will I be sore for my next round?

The sessions fit around your playing schedule. Start at the right level for you, allow time to recover, and go lighter before an important round. A little muscle soreness is normal when you start or step up an exercise.
