Your 14 days run from the day you took out the contract — not from your first payment. If your subscription started with a 16-day free trial, that means the withdrawal period ends before you are charged anything, so withdrawing during your trial costs you nothing.
If your 14 days have passed, you can still end your subscription at any time — cancel your contract here.

Any money you have paid will be refunded within 14 days, to the same payment method you used, with no fee. If you were on a free trial you will not have been charged anything, so there is nothing to refund.
